Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Direct Appliance Rentals Website and related services (“Website”), as by accessing, browsing or using the Website you will be deemed to have agreed to them. Please note that these Terms may be changed without notice from time to time, so you should refer to them regularly. By continuing to use the Website after the Terms have been varied, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the variation.

This Website is owned and operated by Direct Appliance Rentals Pty Ltd ABN 87 179 432 447 (Australia Credit Licence 405 632) trading as Direct Appliance Rentals (“DAR”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
1. Pricing
Products shown are examples only and are subject to availability and price change. Full terms and conditions available on application. Weekly prices quoted are for 24 month agreements without extended warranty unless otherwise stated. Agreements can be for terms of 12, 24 or 36 months.
*Direct Appliance Rentals reserves the right to make an offer to the client to buyout their product at the end of the rental term.
2. Direct Appliance Rentals Referral Rewards
Should an existing Direct Appliance Rentals customer refer a new customer to Direct Appliance Rentals and that new customer nominates that existing customer as the person who referred them to Direct Appliance Rentals, and the new (referred) customer subsequently takes out an approved and active agreement with Direct Appliance Rentals, then Direct Appliance Rentals will mail to the existing customer (referrer) a $50 gift voucher, seven (7) days after that new (referred) customer has made their first rental agreement payment.
Direct Appliance Rentals notes that time delays are not intentional, but from time to time, a longer period may be required to mail a voucher to the customer (referrer).
If you believe you are entitled to a voucher and have not received the voucher, please email Direct Appliance Rentals on sales@directappliancerentals.com.au.
Direct Appliance Rentals in its absolute discretion, may vary the value of a gift voucher from time to time, and the terms and conditions associated with its referral rewards offer.
3. Your Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful and will comply with all relevant laws and regulations. In particular you agree you will not:
(a) use the Website to send junk email, spam or chain letters or engage in unlawful marketing such as pyramid schemes;
(b) collect information of third parties by automated means (such as robots, spiders or scrapers) without permission;
(c) transmit or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful code;
(d) breach any laws or any copyright, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property, proprietary or privacy rights of any other party, or post any content that is copyright protected without the copyright owner’s written permission to use it;

Direct Appliance Rentals’ failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

All users of our Social Media sites agree to the Terms and Conditions which prohibit inappropriate comments.
For the purpose of users creating content on our sites, we define inappropriate use as:
